Order Processing & Lead-Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing time. We are working extremely hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Our working business days are from Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We are closed on Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following day. Please note that we are not open on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) – orders placed after 2PM EST on Fridays will be in the queue to be processed the following Monday.
Our primary carrier for shipments are USPS and UPS.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, you can be given store credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the carrier service has lost your shipment or failed to deliver your items.
Please submit a Missing Shipment Search Request Online at UPS.com and/or file a claim for your items with the respectable carrier.
